For the woman who does everything for everyone

Everyone who knows our mom, Danette Parks, knows she would give you the shirt off her back and her last meal. Her and our dad would never ask for help from anyone and they don't even know we are doing this but my mom's current situation has led my sisters and I to reach out for support. As many of you know our mom is currently in the hospital at UCLA,  in the hands of an amazing team of doctors and nurses, dealing with complications from pneumonia. She was admitted on Monday, December 2nd, and we are not sure yet when she will be able to come home.  She is the strongest woman we know and even her doctors are impressed with how little she has complained throughout this entire process. We are asking for donations to help our parents cover medical costs and to help them during this time since my mom is unable to work. Since First Lutheran School closed down, she has worked as an hourly employee at Calvary Christian School. My mom has been the light in so many children and people's lives and we would like to bring her some light during this dark time. With your help, we can ease the financial burden on our parents and help our mom focus on healing and getting back to spreading that light. Anything you can give is greatly appreciated even if that is just your thoughts and prayers!
