For the Shambaugh Family

I am writing to you today to let you know about the loss of my beautiful nephew Bear Shambaugh. Our dear Bear passed away on Friday April 28, 2023 before his life began. Bear was 8.5 months and still in mommys belly.

We are absolutely devastated by baby Bear’s sudden passing and are struggling to find the funds to cover the cost of the service, medical bills, daily expenses, time off of work for both Alethia and Brandon, and counseling for the family.

Words from Brandon, Bear's daddy. "Our dear son Bear,

there was a lifetime of love formed and bonded within 36 weeks. His life was taken away while still in womb, before he could witness the beauty of our love first hand. We got to witness how precious he truly is just after delivery - Born Saturday April 29th 2023 -Those precious moments we will have forever, forged in love deep in our hearts. 

Bear is loved by his mother Alethia, father Brandon, brothers Dominic & James, sister Victoria, great grandparents, grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. 

For anyone who has lost a child, you know the pain and heartbreak that we are in. For those who have not, I hope you never have to experience this. Every minute and every day is a hard reminder of our son Bear who is no longer here. 

We are opening this donation, in hopes that we can get help while we grieve our precious Bear. 

There are no words or amount of money that can bring our sweet Bear back to us. However, every penny donated, is a blessing and will help us grieve without worry of returning to work right away. 

We are asking for any help for the following which have accrued during this time:

• Funeral, burial & arrangements 
• Casket & monument 
• Counseling for our family 
• Medical bills 
• Normal expenses"
