Hi, my name is Raven, and I’m fundraising for my 5-year-old dog, my best friend.

Anyone who knows me knows how much my dog means to me. He’s been by my side through everything; good days, bad days, and all the in between. He’s my favorite thing to come home to, the one who always knows when something is wrong, and the one who loves me unconditionally.

Recently, I received the heartbreaking news that my dog has cancer. He’s only 5 years old, and we now need to move forward with further testing to understand what type of cancer this is, how far it has progressed, and what treatment options are available. These tests are costly, and the financial burden is more than I can manage alone.

What makes this even harder is that this dog truly saved my life. During some of my darkest moments, he was the reason I got out of bed, the reason I kept going, and the reason I didn’t feel completely alone. When I say he’s my best friend, I mean that in the deepest sense, he’s been my comfort, my stability, and my constant.

As difficult as it is to ask for help, I’m starting this GoFundMe because he deserves every chance possible. He has given me everything he had, and I want to be able to fight for him now.
