For the McCormick Family

Lou Anne and Russell McCormick lost their son. Victoria, Lilli and Avery lost their father. If you knew little Russell, you know his kids were his entire world. They were always laughing, always joking and always loving. Preston and Mallory lost their big brother. Preston is very quiet with a gentle soul. We will not hear many words from him, but I know he is crushed. Little Russell and Preston were each other’s best friends since the day Preston was born. God always knows what we need and when we need it. He knew Russell and Lou Anne would need to be close in proximity to Mallory and Brandon when this devastation hit. What a rock this beautiful young lady and her husband, Brandon are for her family.

Lou Anne and Russell have been very hesitant about doing this. However, several of us have encouraged them to set up a GoFundMe account. I am setting this up in their name. The expense of the funeral home, the funeral; as well as transporting Russell, Jr. to South Carolina (where Russell Sr. and Lou Anne recently moved) is quite overwhelming. Russell did not have life insurance; His finances were also low at the time of his untimely passing as he had been out of work for quite some time because of a work-related injury. Russell and Lou Anne will be solely responsible for all of the incurred costs. Whatever you are able and led to donate, please know Russell, Lou Anne and the entire family are incredibly grateful for your kindness. I have had several people reach out to me asking how they can help the McCormick family but do not want to utilize Go Fund Me. We have set up the ability for donations through a DoorDash gift card. The most important thing you can do for LouAnne, Russell, his daughters, his siblings and the rest of the family at this time is to continue praying for all of them.
