Meet Tobi, our brave little survivor. She was rescued from the meat trade in China — a place where her future was uncertain, but her spirit somehow stayed bright. Through the incredible work of Animal Hope and Wellness, she made her way to America, safe at last, where she could finally know kindness, comfort, and what it means to be part of a family.

Tobi has faced more than most dogs ever will, but she continues to greet every day with gentle eyes and a wagging tail. Recently, she was diagnosed with a mass on her liver, and we’re now working closely with her vet to understand what that means for her and how to give her the best care possible.

Despite everything she’s been through, the fear & the long journey to freedom Tobi remains pure love. She’s a reminder of resilience & of how much animals can forgive and trust again when shown compassion.
