For the Love of Scrubs - East Dorset

The Covid-19 Global Pandemic caused an immediate lack of vital equipment for NHS and frontline workers who were trying to care for affected patients. A national movement was started by a nurse, and we became a local branch of For the Love of Scrubs.
We are called FOR THE LOVE OF SCRUBS - EAST DORSET, and have hundreds of volunteers who have come forward willing to give their time and skill to help this very worthy cause.
As well as our local major hospitals, there are others including GP's, Pharmacists & nurses now coming forward desperate for help in finding scrubs and other items. We decided to set up this fundraiser to enable us to purchase the required fabrics etc and continually help those who need our assistance.
100% of your donation will go towards fabric, labels, thread, and any other haberdashery needed.
We are sewing scrubs, scrub caps, washbags for frontline staff to carry and launder their uniform in, headbands and when requested fabric face coverings.
