For the Love of a Special Rescue Horse

I spent 10 years in a mental health battle after losing multiple loved ones to cancer. Nothing seemed to offer hope until I found rescue horses. I adopted Valhalla, my emotional support animal and life partner 7 years ago as an unhandled, untrained rescue with a dent in his head and vision impairment. He brought me back to life and taught me about what both rescue horses and damaged people need in order to heal. I have trained him myself, explored kinder training methods, even reiki practice to use on him and other rescue animals.  I have done without many creature comforts to restore and keep this horse as I clean houses and entertain kids (self employed) for a living. I now board him at a rescue barn where I exercise, groom and massage damaged rescue horses who are on a healing journey. The pandemic has left me without work for the foreseeable future. I am asking for money to pay his board and vet and farrier bills until this is over. The options for an unregistered horse if I can't keep him are unthinkable because of the current economic insecurity. Please help me to save Valhalla and continue to serve rescue horses and educate people on horse rescue and on healing horses through my Instagram account! No donation is too small!
