Our hearts are broken as we share that our beautiful mom, Afton/Nana, passed away.

She was the definition of love and forgiveness. Most people come into your life for a season, but if you came into hers, you were there for a lifetime. She opened her heart to everyone .and left a lasting mark on all who knew her.

So many people have asked how they can help and if there is anything they can do, or what we need, for this reason we have created this go fund me account. It’s difficult to ask for help… As we honor her memory, we are asking for support to help with outstanding medical bills and funeral expenses. Any contribution, big or small, means so much.
