For the Love of Mo

Cancer is not something that can be put on hold, especially during these uncertain times. Our beautiful and vivacious friend, Maureen, has been fighting an uphill battle with a rare Appendix Cancer that is covering her small intestine for over 2.5 years, with her husband Jim by her side since day one. She has been an absolute warrior with every obstacle that she has faced.
Appendix Cancer is making it impossible to digest any food or liquid. Mo has not physically eaten in over a year. There have been many painful, sleepless nights which have led to countless hospitalizations. Maureen continues to persevere, with determination and courage through it all.
The time has come to build an army for Mo, and that time is NOW.
We need your help!
After exhausting all treatment options, Maureen has the opportunity to receive a potentially life changing medication. She has connected with a doctor down south, who will bring the drug to the United States from Australia. Jim, her rock and support system, is doing everything in his power to help get this drug here to the United States. This opportunity will be available far out of state, and our hope is to get enough funding to make it possible.
The time is here to help Mo. Any contribution will help with transportation, housing and costs associated with this continued journey.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts,
Betsy, Bonnie, Carol, Holly, Leslie, Shari
Another enormous thank you on behalf of Maureen's sons, Connor and Riley Carroll.
