Hello my name is Veronica and I am coming on behalf of my God daughter Joi She is 38 years old . In May of this year she got real sick . She was placed in the hospital . She was diagnosed with Lupos of the brain which is a degenerative disease .It is attacking her brain . She has swelling . She has to go under several rounds of chemotherapy. In this process she has also had sezuires and has been placed on the ventilator as well. Now that she is at home . Her benifits have been delayed due to the shutdown.she is requiring 24 hour care .Her mother has to take care of her , and she is not able to work . Joi is in need of things to help with her care . One of her medications cost $100 to fill . She has another round of chemo due this coming month. Joi needs funds to help her housing , food , meds and diapers and clothes .
