Chicago now, like many other cities, has been forced to close its restaurant doors to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus. Our restaurant, Little Goat Diner, has been forced closed until at least March 31st. This government mandated requirement of social distancing, although necessary in order to protect our friends, families, and communities who are at a higher risk, has left most of our staff without a paycheck in the coming weeks.
So now, also at risk, are all of the the employees in these industries. We ask you now to please help us protect our hourly and tipped employees who, temporarily without income, will undoubtedly face financial hardships. Many will not be able to pay their bills, ensure their rents are on time, and remain healthy and fed. To help, we set up this Go Fund Me page for those in our Goat family that will need it most.
Funds raised on this page will go to the employees of Little Goat Diner. We are a family, and we will use these funds to help ensure we all make it through this crisis and get back to doing what it is that we love; making amazing food for the people in our great city!
