For the love of Felix ❤️

I just wanted to take a moment to shine a little light for everyone.
On November 6 2018, Felix, or better known as Hongo, had a stroke while driving a vehicle and went through two mailboxes, a fence, & a tree which stopped the vehicle. He hit the tree on the passenger side, leaving him scratch free but the vehicle totaled. When police arrived on scene, he was convulsing so state troopers had him escorted to ORMC where he stayed for 118 days. They did all types of CT scans, MRI’s, Spinal Taps, anything you could think of to find out what went wrong & why. He’s been having several seizures a day from the day of the accident to today. We have given Hongo all of our time, prayers, love, hope, & effort as well as the hospital who has exhausted their resources in trying to get him back to his funny, outgoing, crazy self. Unfortunately the initial stroke caused damage to the middle of his brain which is responsible for movement & cognitive brain function. They recently did another CT scan & it’s identical to the first initial CT scan done when he arrived in Nov. Due to this damage, out of a 24 hour day, he’s alert only a few hours. Neurologists said his brain won’t improve so he was transferred to hospice on Monday 3-4-2019, where he’ll be until nature plays its course. We have started to make arrangements for his passing, so my family has started a Go Fund Me account in his honor that Gladys, my mother, his sister/POA, will monitor & be responsible for. We as a family have decided to do a one day viewing & cremation which is going to cost our family $5,000+, when it’s time to cross that bridge. Those of you close to my family know my mother is the backbone to us all. From having a severely premature child who’s health is very demanding even now, to having her brother in ICU without progress. My mom is the strongest person I know in the whole world, can carry all of us on her back, but she can’t keep doing everything on her own so I am asking you all; all of his friends & family, to please contribute whatever you can, anything will help to fund the viewing/cremation.
As a family, we have decided that we are open to visitors; Anyone who loves him is welcome. ❤️ Please no negative energy, we want to make his transition from Human to Angel as easy as possible for him.
