Hi, my name is Christy Blodgett and I am fundraising for a boy named Christian.

Christian is the son of a beautiful woman in Lusaka, Zambia whom my husband and I have sponsored through school and college. Her 2-year-old son was born with a condition known as 46yx chromosome (meaning he is a male) with a disorder of sexual development. He has had many expensive tests including MRI scans, CT scans, abdominal ultrasounds, chromosome testing, and many laboratory studies. He is requiring a total of 3 surgeries to correct this problem. All his sexual organs are present but need to be surgically "brought down" out of his pelvis including a urological surgery.

His mother does not have the resources to see that he gets adequate surgeries from a qualified pediatric surgeon or the follow-up care that he desperately needs.

For this child to thrive and grow up as a normal boy, he needs to have these surgeries. We are asking for your prayers for Christian and if you feel it is the right thing for you, a donation for his surgeries and aftercare would be great,y appreciated.
