In December of 2022, Wojciech Orlowski was diagnosed with a brain tumor which required surgical removal, followed by facial reconstructive surgery.

Unfortunately, many complications ensued. This led to further surgeries, procedures and an inability to return to work. Despite serious health challenges, he remained a devoted husband and father to his family.

Just when everything had seemed to stabilize and Wojtek seemed to be progressing with his recovery, in early April 2024, he experienced shortness of breath and chest pain while having Easter dinner.

Shortly thereafter, imaging revealed that he had experienced an unexpected heart problem which led him to seek further medical attention.

After seeing his cardiologist, it was determined that Wojtek needed an additional procedure to investigate and treat his heart condition.

Upon a reportedly successful procedure, Wojtek returned home to be with his family.

The next day, Agnes, after picking up her daughter from school, returned home and was shocked to find her husband had passed away.

It was a blessing to know that Wojtek’s parish priest had stopped by earlier that day to visit and offered Wojtek the sacrament of the anointing of the sick.

Wojtek leaves behind his wife, Agnieszka, three children, Mateusz (age 19), Lukasz (age 16), and Anna (age 10).  

Due to the financial strain of his sudden tragic passing, his family and friends would like to accompany the Orlowski family in solidarity by offering financial support in lieu of flowers.
