On Mother's Day, our family suffered 2 losses in the most unimaginable way how. Mary Ann Gan was a friend, shoulder for anyone, and bonus mom to so many.. I never met anyone else that didn't love her and if you even met her just once, just know she loved you too. James Gan was my sweet brother, the youngest of us all and we all had a lot of trauma. The military did him no justice, and the system after lacked so much. He reached for help, but the magnitude of what he was thinking was unimaginable. Our heart breaks for both. Our mom never ever deserved this, and no matter what anyone might think, our brother didn't either. They should both still be here, alive, happy. I wish it was any other way on this earth. If you're close enough to know, we are a stubborn family when it comes to help but we know this time we really need it. There was no life insurance for either. This has been created for our family to honor our mom and brother the best we can afford and help cover debts and expenses, an attorney, therapy, etc.
