On March 14, 2017, a tragic head-on collision in Crandall, TX claimed the lives of both drivers and sent 2 children to the hospital. Kelly Jones left behind 2 beautiful daughters and her husband, Troy, all of which were the very center of her world. She was a beautiful person, both inside & out, with a smile to match! She was as involved with her kids as one could possibly be. If she wasn't taking one to practice or a game, she was working on their next school event, or volunteering at school or one of their many sporting events. It's what she loved to do & she did it well! Her friendly, outgoing personality gained her many friends in & around Crandall. Not many have met Troy, due to his job and wonderful dedication to his family keeping him out of town, more often than not. Most can probably tell you, though, they still feel like they know him, because he was NEVER far from her mind, and she spoke of him very often.
Kelly was very much in love with her family, and she was everything to them as well. They are now left to figure out how to pick up the pieces of their broken hearts and learn to live their lives with only memories of her. I've received an overwhelming amount of messages from friends, parents, teachers and even some that didn't have the pleasure of knowing Kelly, but still wanted to make a donation to her family. I wanted to give everyone a place to do just that, so all of this outpouring of love and support could go directly to her family. Whether you wish to contribute to her funeral expenses, upcoming bills, the girls sports activities or leave a comment for Troy, Macie or Kayla, it can all be done right here. Troy can check it whenever he likes and every donation will be solely available to him.
If there's anything I'm forgetting, you are still welcome to message me. I just had so many messages regarding donations, I thought this would be a great start for helping this family through this tough time. Thank you so much to Troy, Macie and Kayla, for sharing this wonderful woman with us!
