For the Family of Julia Vitali — A Light Who Fought Bravely

Donation protected
On October 25, 2025, our beloved friend Julia Vitali went home to be with the Lord after a courageous two-year battle with cancer. Through every treatment, every hardship, and every prayer, Julia radiated strength, grace, and unwavering faith.

A devoted member of CrossCity Christian Church in Fresno, California, Julia touched countless lives through her kindness, laughter, and ability to find hope even in the darkest valleys. Her positive outlook and deep love for others inspired everyone who knew her.

Julia leaves behind her fiancé William, their beautiful baby girl who will soon turn one, and a blended family of nine children — six from Julia’s previous marriage, two from William’s, and their precious daughter together.

Their love story was one only God could have written. Julia and William first met in high school but reconnected in August 2023 after both had experienced seasons of loss. God brought them together to heal, to love, and to build a family rooted in faith. Within days, William told Julia he loved her, and by December 10, 2023, he was down on one knee proposing — ready to spend forever with the woman who had completely changed his world. They were set to be married in November 2025.

Her Faith Through the Storm

In her final week, Julia journaled about Psalm 23:5–6 (NLT):

“You prepare a feast for me in the presence of my enemies.
You honor me by anointing my head with oil.
My cup overflows with blessings.
Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me
all the days of my life,
and I will live in the house of the Lord forever.”

She also reflected on Psalm 4:1 (NLT):

“Answer me when I call to you,
O God who declares me innocent.
Free me from my troubles.
Have mercy on me and hear my prayer.”

Julia wrote about her fear of what was happening but also about surrendering her worries to God and finding peace in His presence. Her faith was not only her strength — it became her legacy.

How You Can Help

As William and the children face this heartbreaking loss, we are raising funds to help with funeral expenses, childcare, and ongoing family support.

If you feel led, please consider giving what you can and sharing this page so others can help carry this family through the weeks ahead. Above all, please keep William, their daughter, and all nine children in your prayers.

Even in her hardest moments, Julia reminded us that faith the size of a mustard seed can move mountains (Matthew 17:20). Her faith moved hearts — and continues to do so.

Thank you for your prayers, love, and generosity.
May Julia Vitali’s memory always be a testimony of God’s goodness and everlasting love.
