Tragedy hit our small town yesterday, when a motorcycle accident took a father, son, husband, family member, and friend. In the days ahead, I know Christian would want us to support his family in any way we can. As the pieces in the lives of his family have been shattered, they will also need to be put back together and Shelbi will be left to take on all the finances, the children growing up, and pursuing her nursing school career. We all loved Christian and Shelbi, and know she needs to focus solely on healing and being home with her family at the moment, so we need to come together as a community and make this extremely hard situation even just slightly lighter on her and her babies. My heart is so heavy just writing this post. They built a beautiful life together. May God be with them in the following days.
