For the Brave One

In the year I confront turning 60 I'm setting myself a challenge of achieving 60 different things raising money in aid of Hannahs Fund, a charity I have had the privilege of being a Trustee of for 5 years. The 60 things will range from physical endeavour, to alcohol abstinence, to cracking new skills… Every donation will help.

Hannah’s Fund was set up in memory of a remarkable young woman who endured countless surgical procedures and periods in hospital due to the impact of Craniosynostosis. On top of that she looked different. That’s hard. She wanted to help others and Hannah's Fund now provides free counselling to children, young people and adults affected by craniofacial conditions. We enable access to psychotherapy sessions to help deal with any psychological issues connected with the conditions and the fallout of not looking the same as everyone else.
