Our family is devastated. The District Attorney has decided not to press charges in Tevin’s death, leaving us with heartbreak and many unanswered questions.

Tevin was a loving son, brother, and friend who brought light and laughter into every room he entered. The autopsy report states that multiple gunshots entered from the back. While horrifying videos are circulating online, we have not seen footage from the actual day he passed. We are not excusing domestic violence in any form. We are simply seeking clarity about what truly happened that day and why.

This is about more than just our family — it is about truth, transparency, and ensuring his death is not dismissed without a full and thorough investigation. Funds will go directly toward continued legal advocacy and efforts to seek a complete and transparent review of his case.
