This summer, I'm heading to Malawi Africa on a mission trip to support the hearts behind the classroom: teachers, housemothers, & administrators working in orphanages.

We will be sharing Conscious Discipline- an approach that brings connection, healing, and emotional regulation to children & the adults who care for them.

Missions has always been on my heart since I was a teenager, I've been blessed with opportunities to serve & now at 34, I'm continuing to say "yes" to where God leads me.

I believe this is part of my purpose- "for such a time as this"(Esther 4:14)

I know this experience is going to grow & stretch me as I walk in obedience to His call.
