We’re raising funds to support one of our site operatives (Steve Sharrock) and his family during an incredibly difficult time.

His wife is currently undergoing treatment for cancer, with surgery taking place this week. As you can imagine, this has been emotionally overwhelming for them both. He has needed to take time away from work to care for and support her during this critical period.

While being there for his wife is his absolute priority, the time away from work has placed a real financial strain on him and their family, adding extra pressure to an already challenging situation.

We’re hoping to raise funds to help ease that burden — whether it’s covering day-to-day expenses, travel costs, or simply giving them a bit of breathing space while they focus on her recovery.
