Hi friends, family, and community. My name is Lauren, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my father, Stephen, who is facing a challenging time right now. Stephen is a hardworking, dedicated man who has spent his life supporting our family. He’s been happily married for 23 years and is the proud father of two daughters. Over the years, he has worked tirelessly, earning a living based on commission, and always contributing to our community in meaningful ways.

Unfortunately, Stephen was recently hospitalized after undergoing a partial amputation, with more surgeries to come. We currently don’t have health insurance so all surgeries and hospitalizations will be coming out of pocket. While he’s focused on his recovery, we’re facing a difficult situation. Because Stephen’s income depends on his ability to work, and he won’t be able to return to his job for some time, we’re struggling to make ends meet. His work is our primary source of income, and without it, we are finding it hard to cover day-to-day expenses, including medical bills and household costs.
