Hello, I'm Edward, MaKayla's father. Shawn was my ex-wife, mother of our daughter MaKayla and my forever best friend. On Sunday, 3/31/2024, Shawn was called home. After receiving a phone call from the hospital, I made my way only to see the doctors trying to revive Shawn because her heart stopped beating. I watched her fight as well as the nurses and doctors do everything from chest compressions, to giving her atropine, but to no avail. At 11;22 am on that given day. Shawn left our world to be with God and family. Anew chapter started for both me and MaKayla as well as the friends and loved ones here on earth. The money raised will help with final expenses with Shawn's affairs and moving expenses to bring MaKayla back to California once she finishes school in the middle of May. Anything extra or left over will be set aside for MaKayla. I thank you for reading this and I thank you for whatever contribution you're able to make. Shawn will be missed by all as she has touched and loved us like only she can, but she will never be forgotten.....
