For Samantha Horne’s Children

Hello everyone, we have set up a fundraiser to celebrate the life of Sam Horne and to help raise some money for her children. I think everyone would agree she was a fantastic woman who lived life to the full and shared her love and enthusiasm for life with everyone she met. She worked tirelessly for her community as a nurse, and undoubtedly would have done anything to help anyone. It would be fantastic now to give something back to help her lovely family.
