For Salinder Singh's Family

This GoFundMe is to provide and support the family of my cousin, Salinder Singh, who immigrated to the US 6 years ago in the hope of a better future for him and his family in India. He was a truck driver and unexpectedly passed away at the age of 26 on Sunday, November 8, 2020. Receiving the news that Salinder is gone, was devastating and heartbreaking for our entire family, especially for his parents and a sister. 

Salinder was a dedicated and hard-working son, brother, and a great human being. He was a generous, kind, and respectful young man. Having led an admirable life, Salinder is survived by his parents, a grandmother, and a younger sister. His family will be traveling from India for the funeral. Salinder was the sole provider for the family in India.

We are all devastated by the sudden loss of Salinder and were not prepared for the high cost of funeral expenses. He will be deeply missed and know that your support means everything to us as we navigate through this painful time. Even though we were anticipating the passing of Salinder, nothing has prepared us for this immense feeling of loss and sorrow.

Many of you have reached out to us and have asked how you can help us during this time and as a family, we appreciate the kindness you have extended to us. We really want to honor Salinder's wishes and plan to take care of his sister and parents that he always expressed before he passed away. If you are able to and comfortable doing so, we would really appreciate any donation, big or small, towards this cause. All funds will directly go back to Salinder’s family that will ease  the tremendous burden and stress that Salinder’s family is experiencing after the shocked demise of the only bread earner of the family.
