Rene, my beloved brother, a father, grandson, nephew and friend has passed away unexpectedly on May 2 and the cause of death is still unknown. He was at a young age of 41.
Rene had a big heart for people and his children and family. He was extremely talented, especially in the area of drawing and art, he was truly an artist.
Rene will be greatly missed by all who knew him, especially his children. His laugh and smile and jokes could light up the darkest room.
Rene had big ambitions for his future, unfortunately, when our father passed away almost 5 years ago it started taking a toll on him. Then he moved back to his hometown here in San Antonio from Oklahoma to live with our mom and grandma. He was getting his life back together until our mother passed away almost 3 years ago, and then most recently our stepfather who was a good father to us, passed as well in late February. This also hit us all pretty hard, especially him, and now he is gone too.
He did not have a life insurance policy or any other policies to help pay for the funeral. Nor does the family have much either to pay for the cremation and viewing in its entirety. Anything would be greatly appreciated so that he can have a service, and so that his children can at least see him one last time, which is his daughter's wish.
I pray that God will bless everyone who is able to help even more than what is given. Thank you for taking the time to read this, for your donations and generosity!
