Hi everyone,

I’m creating this fundraiser on behalf of a dear friend, Kat, who is going through a pet owner’s nightmare. Kat’s beloved dogs, Rambo and Louie, truly members of her family — were recently exposed to what veterinarians and the ASPCA believe was rodenticide bait.

Both pups have been severely ill. They’ve required multiple ER visits, overnight hospital stays, intensive monitoring, and specialized treatments. The medical bills are quickly piling up, and insurance claims are still pending.

If you know Kat, you know she would never ask for help — in fact, she’d be the first to offer it and the last to accept it for herself. But the situation is both emotionally and financially overwhelming, and right now her focus needs to be solely on helping her pups heal.

I am setting this up, hoping to ease some of that burden. Any contribution, no matter how small, will go directly toward covering the costs of emergency care, ongoing treatments, and recovery.

Together, we can help lift some of the weight off Kat’s shoulders so she can focus on what matters most — getting her pups healthy again.
