For our lost loved one, Luis Somera

Luis Angel Somera Reyes, unfortunately passed away on November 17th, 2023. He was only 26 years old. He leaves behind his parents, siblings , and many more. Luis was born in Santiago Ayuquililla, Oaxaca and came to Mcminnville Oregon 5 years ago. He had worked hard all of these years so that he can help his family in México. There are so many words to describe Luis, he was such a genuine, sincere, funny, and positive person. He brought light to ever room he’s been in. There was never a bad moment with him and im sure people who knew him will say the same. We will miss him so much.

I know that it’s not easy losing someone , let alone paying for everyone on your own. I want to help his family with the expenses. As well as we want to return Luis to his home in Oaxaca where he can be laid to rest close to his loved ones in the town where he was born. This was Luis’s wishes and we hope to help make them happen. We want to make it easier for his family to pay for the expenses and deal with his loss, especially with the holidays coming up. Any funds raised will be used to transport Luis back to his home where his family can see him and get closure. As well as keeping him at the funeral home until we can send him off and other expenses needed for their family to make sure this happens.

I would be very honored if you would join me in helping the Somera family. We are devastated by his loss and I would like that we get together and show the family love and gratitude during this hard time. Especially when we know that Luis was such a great man to everyone. His passing, hurts me very much and I hope that if you loved him as much as I did you would help Luis’s family.

Luis Angel Somera Reyes, lamentablemente falleció el 17 de noviembre de 2023. Tenía solo 26 años. Deja atrás a sus padres, hermanos y muchos más. Luis nació en Santiago Ayuquililla, Oaxaca y llegó a Mcminnville, Oregon hace 5 años. Había trabajado duro todos estos años para poder ayudar a su familia en México. Hay tantas palabras para describir a Luis, era una persona genuina, sincera, divertida y positiva. Llevó luz a todo su alrededor. Nunca hubo un mal momento con él y estoy seguro de que las personas que lo conocieron dirán lo mismo. Lo extrañaremos mucho.

Sé que no es fácil perder a alguien y mucho menos pagar por todos por tu cuenta. Quiero ayudar a su familia con los gastos. Así como queremos regresar a Luis a su casa en Oaxaca donde podrá descansar cerca de sus seres queridos en el pueblo donde nació. Estos eran los deseos de Luis y esperamos ayudar a que se cumplan. Queremos facilitarle a su familia el pago de los gastos y la superación de su pérdida, especialmente con los días festivos.Todos los fondos recaudados se utilizarán para transportar a Luis de regreso a su casa, donde su familia podrá verlo y que descanse en paz. Además de mantenerlo en la funeraria hasta que podamos despedirlo y otros gastos necesarios para que su familia se asegure de que esto suceda.

Sería un gran honor para mí que se uniera a mí para ayudar a la familia Somera. Estamos devastados por su pérdida y me gustaría que nos reuniéramos y mostráramos a la familia amor y gratitud durante este momento difícil. Especialmente cuando sabemos que Luis fue un gran hombre con todos. Su fallecimiento me duele mucho y espero que si lo amabas tanto como yo, ayudaras a la familia de Luis.
