For our friend, Glenn Hopkins - to help his family

For Glenn's Family to Help Pay for Living Expenses. The Arts Community, Arts of the Albemarle and Glenn's fellow friends know that Glenn was the sole-provider for his family. In that regard we all want to honor Glenn by assisting his family during this tragic time. Sadly, on Sunday, September 22, 2019, Glenn passed away unexpectedly while at work at Arts of the Albemarle. He leaves behind his wife, Beth of 36 years, his son, Travis, his grandchildren and his dogs.
Glenn worked at Arts of the Albemarle for more than a decade and he kept AoA in pristine condition.........and always with a smile on his face and his hands extended to help wherever they were needed. Glenn was also a prolific and talented visual artist and a very well respected and loved member of our local arts community. His quiet strength, constant kindness, and words of wisdom, ALL that he did for our arts family behind the scenes....were all wonderful qualities of his and they did not go unappreciated....he was appreciated, he was admired, he was loved and respected - and he will be so very deeply missed!
Go rest high on that mountain Glenn, your work on Earth is done. Go to Heaven a-shoutin'....love for the Father and the Son...... RIP Glenn!
