For our beloved Tierica
Hi. I’m Sopheara Pang, Tierica’s Cousin.
Not everyone was lucky enough to have met and experienced who Tierica was. Tierica's ambitiousness and pursuit of good was always something that we admired. To everyone, Tierica was always one of the strongest people we know. She was selfless and always considered others before herself. She always checked in with others to ensure of their wellbeing and was there when needed, but when it came to herself she was private.
Tierica has been battling with mental health for many years. It was a very long journey and because of this she not only learned but also taught others self-love, compassion, and to always be giving.
She would want to raise awareness on the stigma of mental health and urge those struggling to reach out for support.
Tierica likes to say that no matter where we are we will always be under the same moon. It is unfortunate to say that she has lost her battle, but the moon serves as a reminder that she will always be with us.
We love you Tierica.
Due to the fact that things happened so quickly, we would appreciate any donations to help fund her funeral and medical bills. No donation is too small, anything helps.
Funeral services will most likely be held on Friday August 14th.
