Our beloved Jazmine’s Symone Ward suffered from a debilitating disease called HIdradenitis Suppurativa. The condition left her bed ridden with painful boils on her skin which routinely became infected, requiring hospitalization and surgical procedures to treat. There is no cure for hidradenitis. Jazmine bravely battled this disease until she couldn’t any longer. Funds raised will help with her final expenses and the 6 year old son she leaves behind.
