For My Birthday & the Crown—for a Cause

Friends, this year for my birthday on September 10, I’m not asking for gifts. I’m asking for something far more meaningful.

I’ve been given the honor of representing the West Hollywood Recovery Center in the Miss Mar Vista 8 Drag Pageant. This is more than a show—it’s my living amends for the harm I caused in my addiction, a way of giving back to AA and CMA, and a love letter to the community that saved my life.

The WHRC and the historic Log Cabin have been my home away from home—a place where I found sobriety, healing, and family. Now, they’re working to build a new WHRC + Log Cabin campus on Robertson Blvd—a safe, permanent home for addicts and alcoholics in recovery.

I’m competing with the big girls at Miss Mar Vista 8, and I’ll be showing up with every ounce of talent, creativity, blood, sweat, and tears I’ve got. I can bring my muscle, my artistry, and my commitment—but I need your help with the financial muscle to do the heavy lifting.

I’m raising $5,000 to cover:

✨ Crew, props, and staging to bring this Herculean vision to life
