My name is Ashly Lopez, and I am writing from the heart during one of the most difficult moments of my life. My mother recently passed away from pulmonary cancer. Her departure has left an immense void in my heart and has also created an unexpected financial hardship for me and my family.

My mother was my greatest supporter and my biggest motivation. She always encouraged me to pursue my dream of becoming a registered nurse. Honoring her memory by completing my nursing degree has now become my greatest purpose and commitment.
