Hi friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers —
My name is Wendy, and I’m here to talk about something near and dear to my heart… or rather, my mouth. My teeth and I have been together for many decades. We’ve shared countless smiles, enjoyed thousands of meals, and tackled more than our fair share of peanut brittle. But lately… well, let’s just say my teeth have been “phoning it in.”
A few of them have gone into early retirement. Others are holding on for dear life. My dentist says it’s time for a serious upgrade — a five-tooth bridge and implant. Essentially, I need a new smile that will let me eat and speak without fear of them making a run for it mid-sentence.
Here’s the problem: good dental work is expensive, and unfortunately, Medicare doesn’t cover the kind of major dental overhaul I need. That’s why I’m reaching out for your help.
This isn’t just about looks (although I can’t wait to flash a grin that doesn’t scare small children). Good teeth mean good health. They mean being able to eat fresh, healthy food. They mean confidence in social situations, less pain, and a lot more joy.
Your donation will help me:
1. Get the dental treatment I urgently need
2. Eat comfortably (bring on the apples and corn on the cob!)
3. Smile without holding my hand over my mouth
4. Avoid future health problems related to poor dental health
Every little bit helps — truly. Whether you can donate the cost of a cup of coffee or a fancy dinner, your generosity will go straight toward getting me the pearly whites I’ve been dreaming of.
If you can’t donate, sharing this page with your friends is just as valuable. Think of it as helping me spread the word and the smile!
From the bottom of my heart (and soon, the top of my gums), thank you for helping me get my bite back.
Much love,
Wendy
