For my mother Irma Segura (KARINA)

Hello everyone my name is Selene and Im the oldest daughter of Irma my mother. Most of you may know my mother by KARINA. Im making this fundraiser because today I have been told my mother doesn’t have much more time to live. Unfortunately her liver started failing 1 month ago. Doctors said she does not meet the requirements for a transplant.We have been in and out of the hospital and shes been given so many medications up until now. Her lab results were not good. There’s nothing else that can be done .It has come the time for her to go into Hospice care. As of now my mother can not stay awake for more than 30 seconds and shes very confused. My mother has weeks or days left.It hurts me so much seeing her like this. I wish there was something I can do. She is going to leave behind my to little sisters Sofia 9 and Isabella 6. The donations will go towards my mothers cremation and ceremony and the rest will go towards my sisters to help buy anything they may need. I will be there guardian due to there father being deported 2 months ago. If you knew my mother you know she would always help however she could. Anything is helpful even if you share this. Hola a todos, mi nombre es Selene y soy la hija mayor de Irma, mi madre. La mayoría de ustedes puede conocer a mi madre por KARINA. Estoy haciendo esta recaudación de fondos porque hoy me han dicho que a mi madre no le queda mucho más tiempo de vida. Desafortunadamente, su hígado comenzó a fallar hace 1 mes. Los médicos dijeron que no cumple con los requisitos para un trasplante. Hemos estado entrando y saliendo del hospital y hasta ahora le han dado muchos medicamentos. Sus resultados de laboratorio no fueron buenos. No hay nada más que se pueda hacer. Ha llegado el momento de que ella entre en cuidados paliativos. A partir de ahora mi madre no puede permanecer despierta por más de 30 segundos y está muy confundida. A mi madre le quedan semanas o días. Me duele tanto verla así. Desearía que hubiera algo que pudiera hacer. Ella va a dejar atrás a mis hermanas pequeñas Sofia 9 e Isabella 6. Las donaciones se destinarán a la cremación y ceremonia de mi madre y el resto se destinará a mis hermanas para ayudar a comprar todo lo que puedan necesitar. Seré su tutor debido a que su padre fue deportado hace 2 meses. Si conociste a mi madre, sabes que ella siempre ayudaba en lo que pudiera. Cualquier cosa es útil, incluso si compartes esto.
