As some of you may know, the 9th September is my birthday and this year is quite special as I am entering a new decade.

When I think about presents and birthday wishes, the only thing I could ask for at the moment, is the end of the horrific Genocide that Israel is imposing in Gaza and that the responsibles are held accountable. As this is something out of my control, I want to ask all the people I know and who wants to wish me a happy Birthday, for a small donation.

I’m raising funds for UNRWA (the United Nations Relief and Works Agency), the main humanitarian organization supporting Palestinian refugees, particularly in Gaza. Even though UNRWA has been unable to provide aid in Gaza for the past five months due to severe restrictions and dangerous conditions, they remain the primary agency working tirelessly in the region and are ready to assist the moment they can.

My goal is to raise 600£ and donate it to UNRWA’s critical work — providing food, medical care, education, and shelter to those caught in this devastating Genocide.

If you were planning to send me birthday wishes, please consider turning that kindness into a donation. Together, we can support and show that we care to those who need it most. This fundraise will be open from now until the end of September when I will transfer all the donations to UNRWA.
