For my beautiful wife Lupe

My beautiful wife and I met at work in 2002.  She lost a bet and had to go out with me, Little did she know that she actually won the prize of her life. In 2003 she became ill and needed a kidney transplant which to our surprise I was a perfect match and donated one of my kidneys to her.  we now were linked together forever and in 2004 she honored me by becoming my wife.  Sixteen years later and I love her more today than the day we first met. Unfortunately beautiful Lupe became very ill with COVID - 19. She fought long and hard for almost three weeks but the virus was just too much. She peacefully passed from this life into the arms of our lord on Wednesday, July 29,2020.  She lived almost 18 years after her kidney transplant she was indeed a fighter and had the most beautiful soul of anyone I know. She gave me the most lovely and beautiful 18 years of my life. I will cherish our love, the memories and life we built together. Rest In Peace my love.
