I lost my amazing mother to cholangiocarcinoma in 2022. She was kind, fierce, and always putting others first. Because this cancer is so rare, too few people know about it and too little funding goes toward research and new treatments. I want to honor her memory by standing up for future patients so their families do not have to face the same feeling of helplessness we did.
