Dear Friends and Family,

Over the last several months, Milo has developed a serious health condition that can be life-threatening. The day before Thanksgiving, he was sent from a doctor's appointment to the emergency room to stabilize his heart, which was beginning to shut down. Milo will need extensive care over the next year to ensure continued progress towards a healthy body. Milo prefers to keep the specifics of his condition private.

To support his recovery, Milo needs access to specialized medical care. We have opted to purchase insurance that will cover Milo's needs. But with rising costs, the insurance is quite expensive.

We're asking for any help you can give to support Milo's future. The amount listed will cover the following:

Milo is a brilliant, loving, and hilarious teen who brings sunshine to those lucky enough to know him. His goal is to graduate high school early and to become an electrician. We are doing everything we can to avoid long-term inpatient care that would involve hospitalization in another state. Milo wishes to stay in school and is working hard every day to get well.
