This page is set up for the family of Meredith McCamey, which includes her Dad and stepmother.
Meredith Hope McCamey is 18 years old. She has 5 older brothers that are crazy about her. Her whole life, Meredith has battled health issues stemming from a Mitochondrial disorder that affect her vision, brain, and muscles. She also struggles with a seizure condition that requires daily medications. She is unable to communicate in any way yet she captures the heart of all who ever get to meet her! Now, as her health issues advance, difficult times are hitting her primary caregivers.
Meredith has been hospitalized, first at Joplin Mercy before being emergency transported by private plane to St. Louis. Her release date is uncertain at best as the specialists at Children’s Hospital St. Louis has been UNABLE to determine the cause of her serious condition so far.
Meanwhile, the expense of being 300 miles away from home and unable to work has been devastating on this small family. Their personal bills are getting farther and farther behind as their financial situation was difficult before this happened.
Here’s how you can help. Any donation, large or small, is both greatly needed and appreciated.
Thank you for your consideration and God bless you and your family.
