Hello, my name is Lakeisha and I am fund raising for Mr. Kerry Collins. I am asking for assistance on behalf of my brother-in-law who is dealing with major medical challenges posed by cancer. Not only have these challenges impaired the full function of his body, but have also resulted in significant medical costs well beyond his current resources.

I have the blessing and privilege of knowing Kerry for over 20 years and have always know him to be extremely active in the community and church. It pains me to see him in his current condition.
