Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Jamaine, a devoted husband and father, currently facing a significant upheaval in my life. The purpose of my fundraiser is to alleviate the financial burden caused by medical expenses and the challenges I've encountered due to health issues.

In brief, over the past five months, I have been grappling with Venus ulcers that developed on both of my feet, ultimately becoming infected. The pain has been excruciating, rendering me unable to carry out my work responsibilities. To compound matters, I spent two weeks in the hospital due to dangerously high blood pressure, excessive fluid retention, and kidney problems. During my hospital stay, I underwent leg surgery. Since leaving the hospital, I've had numerous follow-up appointments with doctors, and a nurse visits my home daily to tend to my wounds, for which I incur additional co-payments. Additionally, I have a wound vac attached to my leg.

My wife has taken on the responsibility of caring for my daily needs and managing our household, as I am presently unable to fulfill these duties. I underwent debriefment and graft placement on my right leg, and debriefment on the left. Currently, the medical professionals have estimated a four-month recovery period, and it is likely that I will require further surgery on both legs. Consequently, I find myself burdened with an array of medical bills and various life expenses. Regrettably, my condition prevents me from working any longer.
