For Mary - Free of pain and living her dreams.
Donation protected
Mary Iyare Eseoghe is a close friend. I’ve known Mary for 5 years. She’s 27 years old, lives in Abeokuta in Nigeria, a country that does not provide healthcare and support for those who cannot afford it.
Mary has sickle cell disease. It is a genetic, incurable, blood disorder, that is extremely painful. Mary is financially unable to pay for treatment, and as a result has to endure weeks of excruciating pain. The prognosis for the chronic disease is a much shorter life expectancy - leading to an earlier death.
Mary comes from a humble background. I’ve supported and witnessed Mary go through her father’s passing; study and get a national university diploma in Science Laboratory Technology; create her own food delivery business to finance her studies; and now receiving a higher national diploma in Micro Biology.
Mary dreams of living a life free of pain, pursuing her studies and food business.
I am at a place in my life where I can not financially support my friend enough by myself.
I am therefore reaching out asking you:
Can you please be part of supporting my friend?
Living her life without pain and realising her dreams.
You will be giving a young brilliant woman a chance at life, a gift of a future for a beautiful human being who will otherwise risk being deprived of what most of us have a natural expectation of… a life beyond 30.
Prayer-thoughts and donations are welcomed. All goes to Mary.
Thank you.
