A month ago my aunt got sick and thought it was your common flu. Days passed by and had a really bad cough that would not go away. When one of my aunts took her to the hospital they told her she had Covid and pneumonia. They sent her home with medicine. Days passed by and she could not breathe and called the ambulance her self. Once she got to the hospital she was put on the ventilator right away. Almost three weeks in they performed a surgery that involved making and incision in her throat. Surgery didn’t work told us she is brain dead and has a lot of damage inside her organs. Doctors are saying she will pass at any moment . She is the first of 12 brothers and sisters and will leave behind 3 boys and grandchildren . My cousins and family are not prepared for this. Covid has changed and taken many peoples lives .
