For lung transplant costs not covered

Hi my name is Mike and I need a lung transplant. I will have to move out of state to get this done. I am on disability and my wife is on social security currently. We have a lot of traveling for testing and will get many medical bills that insurance will not cover. Hopefully my wife and I will be able to work when all this is done. We are asking for help to get us through this process. We know God has his plan and will get us through this. God bless.
