Hey everyone,
Myself and my amazing yoga studio Bikram Yoga Adelaide are reaching out and raising funds for a foundation that is near to all of our hearts. In honour of my sister Lexi who passed away two years ago due to mental health issues. As well as every single person out there who has either lost someone they know or maybe personally struggling with depression/anxiety/suicidal thoughts.
We want to shine a light on a dark and taboo subject. We want everyone to know that it's ok, to not be ok. Everyone should be able to speak out about their problems. People need to know that they are not alone. There is always someone out there who is willing to listen.
Each and every one of us can make a difference. Together we can try to combat this terrible epidemic of suicide. Let's help people realise that THEY MATTER... If it's you, yourself struggling remember, YOU MATTER!
