My best friend lost his mom when he was young and years later life hit him again when his sister passed away far too soon. Watching him step up for his niece and nephews while they were grieving was heartbreaking. Those kids were suddenly trying to make sense of a loss that no child is ever prepared for.
Camp Kesem gave them something we couldn’t: a space where children who have experienced the loss of a parent because of cancer can feel understood, supported, and not alone. I saw how much that meant to them, and that’s why this fundraiser matters to us.
Camp Kesem’s programs are free, creative, and life changing. They provide not only a week of fun but a lasting community for children navigating grief and uncertainty. We want more kids who need a place to heal, belong, and just be kids again to have access to these programs.
Please join us in supporting Camp Kesem National so they can continue to offer these vital programs and communities to families facing cancer. Every gift helps ensure another child finds understanding, hope, and friends who get it.
