Karen was my beloved wife of nearly 24 yrs. When I asked her what people who knew and loved her could do, she was very clear, "I'm not giving anything to Cancer, it took my life. I want to help my kids, even when I'm not here.  So in lieu of that or flowers, go set up the go fund me!" So this page is dedicated to Karen and my two girls, one of which is a high-functioning Autistic, and as she told one of her close friends and clients, she wanted to provide for 2 lifetimes.  Any money donated will go towards our girls future.

 

The understatement- Karen was our everything.  She meant more than words can so to SO many more.  She made an impact on countless lives. She was a girl scout and a girl scout leader. She was an entrepreneur at age 13 with her sister, Maureen, at their flower shop in Malibu.  From there, she took the tech industry by storm before deciding to start Insights to Growth, focusing on Predictive Index and helping businesses thrive.

 

Diagnosed in November 2020, she continued to work through her battle with Stage IV Kidney Cancer and a massive tumor.  She fought as hard as she could, as typically Karen would, starting with clinical trial meds and eventually through three different rounds of meds. Ultimately, the cancer invaded her abdomen and caused her good kidney to stop functioning.

She received her angel wings on March 16, 2022 at 9:21 PM. Her passing was fast, thankfully, and she no longer has to battle anything anymore.  She can rest in peace and enjoy whatever awaits her next.
