Help for K'mari's Family

On Monday, October 12th, 2020, our family suffered the unbearable tragic loss of our youngest son, K'mari Azim Royster. He was 10 years old. It's been one year since his passing and it still feels like yesterday. It has not gotten any easier to deal with or accept. The more the days go by, the more sadness we feel, accepting the reality that he's never coming back. Uncaringly, life moves on with or without us fully being ready or even able to take a step forward. Sadly and selfishly, the world goes on, expecting you to be healed and back in line within a few days or weeks. But in (reality), we've been struggling to keep it together mentally and emotionally every day since. It's hard to find any sense of strength, peace, acceptance, or even the will to push forward, stay focused, and return to work. Every day is a challenge to keep going but we're doing the best we can to make ends meet. Unfortunately, bills are still due regardless of our situation, and the cost of living holds no one exempt. Anyone who knows us, knows that we work very hard to provide for our family and always try to help others whenever we can, but this devastation has completely broken us down to the very bottom of our souls, and all we can help but feel is helplessness. This nightmare has been and continues to be too much to process and handle, but we're trying, for the sake of K'mari's two older brothers Nasir and Jr. Nevertheless, we are humbly asking, please - if you are able to help our family with a donation, please do, and know that we will forever be grateful and appreciative to any help we are fortunate enough to receive.
